The Kalamata Olive, often known as the Greek Olive, has a distinctive taste and appearance, with oval shape, dark purple colour, big size, intense flavour, and fleshy texture.

• Our Kalamata olives are cultivated without pesticides, hand harvested at peak ripeness and then undergo 12-month fermentation in brine. Before bottling, we add wine vinegar and rosemary to enhance the natural earthy flavours of the olives.
