White Wine Spritzer with Chaloner Strawberry and Rosehip Preserve
Not only is this delicious cocktail perfect for a hot summer’s day lazing around the pool it’s also easy on the waistline. It’s best made with a dry white wine such as a sauvignon blanc, chardonnay or chenin blanc as the preserve gives it a lovely sweet flavour. Add absolutely any fruit to it; the more the better. You can make it ahead of time and put it in the fridge until it’s time to serve. It’ll soon become a firm favourite with all your family and friends.
